Our School
Euabalong West Public School is situated on the lands of the Wiradjuri people in Central West NSW, approximately 170 kilometres north of the regional centre of Griffith.
As a small rural and remote school, Euabalong West Public School serves the communities of Euabalong West and nearby areas including Euabalong, Murrin Bridge, Mount Hope, and Kiacatoo.
The school currently has an enrolment of 15 students from 9 families, including 11 students who identify as Aboriginal. We have a small and dedicated staff committed to providing a high-quality learning environment where each student is supported to reach their full potential. We prioritise the wellbeing of our students and staff and strive to create a school that values diversity.
Euabalong West Public School is an integral member of the Rural Innovative Educational Network (RIEN) of small schools. Through RIEN, the school participates in various student activities, including academic and sporting competitions, co-curricular activities, and excursions.
We pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging and acknowledge that this has always been and will always be traditional Aboriginal Land. We are committed to Closing the Gap for our Aboriginal students, creating a culturally safe school, and working towards Reconciliation.
